As you know, the labor market is currently tighter than it has been in any year in recent history. As a result, it is taking us longer than normal to respond to issues and complete projects. We are doing everything in our power to address these issues. We are reviewing dozens of resumes every day, adding talent through acquisitions of other businesses, putting caps on the number of new clients we onboard and looking into bringing on some short-term remote contract employees. Paragus is committed to returning our service to its previous levels.
In the meantime, our staff continues to do their absolute best to serve you and your team. If there is ever a scenario where an issue is absolutely mission-critical, please do not hesitate to let our team know. Furthermore, we are exploring several additional ways to improve your experience and will be in touch as we roll out some of these new initiatives.
While we do not anticipate this being a long-term issue, we want to thank you for your support and understanding during this challenging time.
