Without an IT professional on staff at our small office, it would be easy to fall behind in this fast-changing arena. We depend on the Paragus staff to help us make sound IT decisions, from software platforms to security. Paragus stays on top of new technology and has been instrumental in keeping us up-to-date. EVERYONE at Paragus has been exceptionally easy to work with. Non IT minded folks are comfortable to call with questions; they never make anyone feel “dumb” - our previous partner had a lot of IT talent, but wasn’t so great with the people skills, leaving most of our staff afraid or reluctant to ask for help when they needed it. The staff at W.F. Young is always complimentary of the friendly, professional support they receive from the Paragus technicians. I am rarely worried about our IT not functioning and even when issues arise. Paragus is very much in tune to the severity of the issue and our overall reliance on our network. They respond quickly - we have had very, very little down time in the years we have been working with the Paragus team! I don’t feel like I need to constantly follow up and remind anyone that there is an unresolved issue - they just take care of it and provide regular updates as needed.

We recently changed our IT provider to Paragus. Not that I love having issues, but I love talking to your staff!! They are so pleasant and understanding (understanding that, as a rule, I am not computer friendly!) They never talk down to me or make me feel stupid for not knowing what the problem is (or even how to explain it sometimes)! It is so refreshing, so different from the last company we had. Now I don't cringe when I have to call/email with an issue. You all are the best!
